Glenn Beck has a clever solution for those concerned that the public execution of the Fort Hood terrorist could make him a martyr.
With the news that the execution of Nidal Hasan could be livestreamed for public consumption, many people from across the political spectrum have weighed in on the subject. Among those are people who expressed concern that the nature of the execution would make him into something of a martyr for other terrorists.
Beck believes he has found a solution that would satisfy everyone:

“I don’t want to make a martyr of the Fort Hood terrorist. [President Donald Trump and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth], if you really want to deter future Islamist terrorists, use fear and shame in their executions. All-female firing squads with bullets dipped in bacon fat,” he wrote in an X post.
He also shared a message for the leftists who are suddenly very concerned with the implications of airing a killing for everyone to see.

“I hate the fact that there are these people who are on the left, ‘I can’t believe we want to do a public execution!’ You’re the same people that were cheering for Charlie Kirk. You’re the same people that were making TikTok videos about Charlie Kirk’s death, so please don’t tell me about how high and mighty you are,” he said. “I happen to believe in execution as a deterrent, but it’s only a deterrent when it happens rapidly. Not so rapidly that we make mistakes. You have a right to a retrial … if not, you’re executed. Period. Otherwise, it’s not a deterrent!”
